STEP 1: FREE HOME BUYING CONSULTATION

The first step is to build a relationship with every client to understand the family dynamics and your "why" of moving forward in the home buying process. In the FREE HOME BUYING CONSULTATION, we also discuss credit barriers that maybe preventing you from moving forward so we can execute a plan of action based on your goals. 

We also keep your designated 3rd party lender and realtor up to date as well, if it is our clients desire. If credit services is needed, the following steps below will apply. 

*CREDIT MONITORING (required)

After the free consultation, our next step together will be signing up for credit monitoring so that we can complete the credit audit/analysis. We will walk you through the process by phone. You will receive a copy of all 3 credit reports from Equifax, Transunion and Experian for a 7-day trial which cost $1.00. After the trial the cost for the monitor, will be $20+ per month.

*CREDIT AUDIT/ANALYSIS (FREE) In this step you will receive a copy of all 3 credit reports and scores from Equifax, Transunion and Experian. We will import them and go over the items on your report one by one. We will discuss a plan of action and execute it with your disputes. For those who has suffered with identity thief, please have your police report ready to update to the portal.

*SELECT YOUR PLAN: After your audit and consultation your account manager will let you know which plan you fall under to start your credit repair services. At this point you can decide if you would like to move forward with our services:   

BASIC - 5 to 15 items that needs to be disputed.  

MODERATE - 16-30 items that needs to be disputed. 

 AGRESSIVE - 31 or more items that needs to be disputed including hard to remove items such as bankruptcies, repos, judgements, and more.  BUILD YOUR PLAN - Per item disputes, less then

You will need to get pre-qualified with our designated mortgage broker who will assess your finances to see what you maybe eligible for. Submit all of your documentation to ensure that you pre-qualified amounts is officially approved. Its time to go home shopping soon! Make sure you provide your pre-approval letter to our RealEstate Agent or Realtor.
